Please access these figures, which can be zoomed to full screen, in order to read the detailed information.These are also useful for the owners of the book as well, since the on-screen slides are in color. Look up the graphic by chapter and figure number. They are, naturally, in the slide deck in the same order that they were in the book.
Many of the points made in the book are supported with detailed diagrams in the figures. These diagrams at best do not display well (the resolution of the Kindle is not up to that of a book) and at worst the Kindle converter does not represent the graphic as it was intended. In some cases the conversion process removed much of the detail. While we have tried to make a good a representation, it simply was not possible in all cases to make acceptable graphics.
